About the Owner

‍ My name is Tasha R. Law-Jones, owner of Law Notary LLC. I am an Indiana Notary Public and licensed Indiana Title Producer providing professional document signing and notarial services, real estate closing services, and apostille facilitation for individuals, families, businesses, and professional organizations. Through Fresh Prints by Law Notary LLC, I also provide professional fingerprinting services for a variety of personal, professional, licensing, and regulatory needs.

I provide apostille and authentication facilitation for U.S.-issued documents intended for use in other countries. I help clients navigate the appropriate process for personal, educational, corporate, immigration, adoption, and other international document needs, including both Hague and non-Hague destinations.

Through Fresh Prints by Law Notary LLC, I provide professional fingerprinting services for individuals, businesses, and organizations. Services include Live Scan and ink fingerprinting, FBI background checks, electronic fingerprint files, fingerprint cards, and other agency-specific fingerprinting solutions for employment, licensing, regulatory, and personal needs.

I am a United States Navy Veteran, and I bring the same commitment to professionalism, accountability, attention to detail, and service into my work today. I understand that clients often come to me during important transactions and life events, so I place a high value on clear communication, careful preparation, confidentiality, and treating every person and document with respect.

Beyond my professional life, I am a wife, mother of twins, and grandmother of five. Family is an important part of who I am, and it has shaped the patience, responsibility, and care I bring to my work. I recognize that many of the documents and services clients come to me for are connected to important life moments, transitions, and decisions, and I approach those interactions with respect and compassion.

Over the years, I have also had the opportunity to mentor and support other notaries as they develop their knowledge, confidence, and professional practices. That experience reflects something I value deeply in my own work—the importance of understanding Indiana notary laws, taking the responsibilities of the office seriously, and continually working to strengthen the way I serve the public.

What I have built through Law Notary LLC reflects both my professional experience and my commitment to serving people well. Whether someone is visiting my office, requesting mobile service, completing an important signing, navigating an international document process, or using one of our fingerprinting services, my goal is to provide an experience that is organized, professional, and handled with care.
